$100 First Visit
The $100 first visit fee covers Dr. Ty's time to conduct a comprehensive intake, evaluate your clinical profile, and build a personalized weight loss plan — including a GLP-1 prescription if clinically appropriate.
Full refund: If Dr. Ty determines she cannot help you for any clinical reason, she will tell you immediately and refund your $100 in full. No questions asked.
No-show policy: If you book your visit and do not attend without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, the $100 fee is non-refundable. This protects Dr. Ty's time and ensures availability for patients who are ready to engage.
Ongoing Visits ($150/visit)
Ongoing visit fees are non-refundable after the appointment has been completed, as they cover physician time, prescription management, and clinical oversight. There is no subscription or contract — you only pay for visits you book.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting the visit fee.
